Basketball Injuries
Basketball injuries serious and should is this possible?
Ok. Lets start with my thumb. I fell like iv jamed it in a few games over last few weeks. The pain is huge like 7 out of 10 when i first get hit with the ball. But it dies after 15 mins or so. Then it just becomes hard to hold the ball. once i had a bruise where the thumb and palm come together. Ok second thing i wana know is it possible to get a swollen right arm from shooting the ball too much. More then you usually do?
