It is important for all of us to take good care of our teeth. There are some reasons that every single tooth is important to all of us. The first reason is for the chewing process. Players are scrambling hard for the ball whatever it takes to get possession. The player can be contacted with a hard foul in any form, which the cheek part is vulnerable for elbow contact. In order to avoid your teeth to be broken through any hard contact on basketball, it is better that you will use the mouthpiece. We need to be aware of our teeth, because they are your good tools for chewing and grinding some foods. It is not a good option that we must not brush our teeth when using a mouthpiece. We must love and take care of our healthy teeth, by brushing and using a mouthpiece for playing contact sports.
