basketball shot clock scoreboard
What do they do to the older shot clocks?

Hello everyone, I am a basketball fanatic and I’m also a scoreboard expert and know about them. I do have Aspergers Syndrome. One of the interesting thing about scoreboard and shot clocks, is how they work. I have watched a lot of basketball games on TV besides seeing them in person. Throughout the years, sometimes I have noticed that they update the scoreboard and put in new shot clocks. You may think this is crazy, but I am a very curious person and I to like learn about them. So anyway when the shot clocks get replaced with new shot clock, I am wondering what happens to the older shot clocks when they’re done being used in games. I wonder if they keep them in storage for back up use, relocated to another gym, being thrown away, ect? Again, there are a lot of things about scoreboards and shot clocks I like to learn.

No rude answers please.

you’d have to contact your nearest team and ask. im not sure at all what they do with them

try and call and ask someone to see. good luck
