Coach. It is really important to understand that coach is not teaching basketball team for money but for the purpose of helping young athletes to become best of the best. It is useless for a coach to scream at young players because it does not help in any situation. Coach should build trustful relationship between him and his players.

Practice. On Monday, Coach should train and push his players really hard through the exercises on the beginning of the week. It will help young players to get enough energy and motivation for the rest of the week. It is a considerable fact that practice supposed to combine fun and serious exercises together

Defense. Coach should provide and teach players defense’s techniques. It is an important fact to show players how to play in defense one on one. Technique to play in defense one on one is hard and takes a lot of energy and stamina from players. As a result, it’s an essential that a coach develops high level of stamina in his players.

Attack. From my personal prospective, trainer must not give a lot of tactics to his players. It is a fact that when players get plans, they start to believe only in tactics. Players begin not being creative and an innovative.

Motivation. Motivation is one of the most difficult parts in Coach’s practice. First, trainer must establish a challenging goal for a team and a goal has to be realistic too. Second step is to set up reasonable objectives for short-term. In the end, if long-term goal fails, coach will have to reconstruct a full system again.

Stretching. It is a core point to remind players every time that stretching is a central part of their practice. Stretching is helping to avoid unnecessary injures and pains in body. The best practice is to start with stretching and finishing with stretching too.

Team culture. Trainer has to teach players not only, how to play basketball but also how to become a vital member of our society. Coach has to teach players values of life and norms through one of the best game in the world.
