should there be slary caps in soccer (football)?

Im Canadians and in north america all the big sports have a salary cap expet baseball…I follow soccer for now 15 years and I find it so unfair that its always the same teams winning the leagues. example in La Liga its either Barcelona, Madrid and maybe Valencia will battle for the title..in England its always Man U

The small market teams cant compete because the best players always go to the richest teams! or if a small team ever does good one year, you can be sure that the following year they will loose all their best players to the big teams like Man U or Liverpool

so my question is, would you people agree on a salary cap in the Europeen soccer (football) leagues?

yes i think fans would go for it,i mean the big four have players sitting on the bench that are better than what the rest have have on their first team, plus big debts are going to catch up with these teams even with their billionaire owners in this econmany,
