Hockey Puck Bulk
What was your biggest hockey discovery?
I spent the bulk of the afternoon going through some of my grandfather’s things. He had a storage unit that had been filled shortly before his diagnosis. My grandmother gave me the keys today, and I was astounded as to what I found. I have bunches of boxes containing autographs, trading cards, pucks, jerseys (including a beautiful Jean Beliveau jersey, an XL model that still has the tags on it), old editions of The Hockey News, etc. There is a box that I haven’t opened yet that is earmarked for me (it was supposed to be my 25th birthday present, but I never got it).
The question I pose to everyone is this: what was the biggest or best hockey discovery for you? Was it memorabilia, a new player, a good team? Enjoy!
