What hockey (ice) training should i do during the season?

I am 5’7″ 135 lbs .. I play Bantam A .. I played AA last year, I would like to get back into AA or possibly AAA! I would just like to know what I should do during the season .. I know what to do in the off season, I really want to excel in hockey. I love hockey and want to be the best!! I am a defenceman aswell .. My style of play is playmaking/grinder .. I can hit pretty well, but would like to improve, and i am an exceptional passer and put the puck in the net every now and then .. I am a very fast skater too. Thanks .. Canada44

I am a hockey player too and was in the same situation. The biggest thing as you get older is not so much the physicallitiness as everyone catches up at the higher levels but it is the mentalness that really matters. You should always try the hardest you can and think about the mistakes you made or what you did good. But for the physical go to as many sticktimes as you can and each time work on something different such as passing with someone else etc. Do this until you perfect it. Also try to hit the gym and go running as much as possible. Good Luck.
