What positions are there in girl’s lacrosse?!?
Hello, I am looking to try out for my high school’s spring lacrosse team. i barely have any prior experience, but my school’s team tends to accept beginners since it is a relatively new sport to my school, added just a year ago. I am trying to understand the positions and what each position does, offense and defense, skills needed for each position, etc. could u please give a brief description of what each position does and where they normally stay, and how it works with offense/defense. also, what position would suit me best? i am 5’5, average weight, average speed, average strength, pretty good with the stick for a beginner, relatively good reflexes, and after i start practicing i will get even better with the skills listed. however, i do get tired of running. i can keep up for the most part, though.
