lacrosse training programs
What would be a good weight training program for someone who has only a week for lacrosse?

Well i am in pretty good shape but we have a 4 game tournament next weekend and i want to play middy im attack right now but i wan to play a wing to be exact. I would like to point out i am a girl that just needs to work on her speed and power. so if u have any ideas please let me know a good weight training program

Running is a tool that will really get your speed up yet when you work your muscles you begin to lose flexibility. You should chest press as well (free weights or machine weights). you should stay after school and workout in the weight room if you have one and your teacher should know everything. pushups will work miracles for your strength, muscles, and confidence. well gl hope you own eveyrone on the field.
