Lacrosse Training Tips

How can i make my high school lacrosse team?
obviously the girls team…..i have about a month do any training and practice….and ive never really plaed before……if you did get on your team, any tips? thanks
Well in most places, lacrosse isn’t really too popular so generally no more than 20 girls will tryout and they’ll let them all on the team. But if you want to get the most play time and have a good rep with the coach, here are my tips:
-Show up with all equipment (Goggles, Stick, Mouth-guard and Cleats) to tryouts.
-Make sure you can run for at least 2 miles without walking or stopping (that’s 8 laps around a track).
-Lift 8-pound or heavier weights.
-Learn how to cradle your stick with a ball in it.
-Drink water throughout the day. Cut out soda and energy drinks.
-Once you have cradling down, jog around the neighborhood or bike trail while cradling your stick with the ball.
