Can i get in the NHL?
Alright so i am a 13 year old. My dream is to become a professional hockey player. I t is going to be extremely hard. My cousin is playing and he is relly close to get in the NHL. I am from montreal canada. Now living in new york albany. i was a AAA hockey player (ice) but i had to stop a lil ( leg injury) Well now i want to go back to hocke ybut i cant. my parents both got surgery and they cant really do anything. i just want to know. if i work really hard and push myself hard by myself and workout and follow anything and get i npiclkup teams, could i make it in the NHL? and also, what r some pick up teams i n the albany area? thank you
Call the area rinks in Albany and ask when they have stick and puck sessions. This will help you improve despite not playing on a hockey team. Keep working hard towards your dream.

Born in Peace River, Alberta, he is currently the General Manager of the Calgary Hitmen. Kisio played 761 games in the National Hockey League. He played for the Detroit Red Wings, New York Rangers, San Jose Sharks, and the Calgary Flames. He was team captain for the Rangers for three and a half years. He played the 1982-83 season with HC Davos in Switzerland. He scored 49 goals and 32 assists. Although Davos was leading the season for more than 20 games, they ended in 3rd place. In his next-to-last game for the HC Davos, Kisio scored at least 8 goals and 2 assists. The game’s final score was 19-37. Kisio left three days later for the Detroit Red Wings where he became a valuable player in the NHL. Kisio’s best season in the NHL was in 1992-93 with the San Jose Sharks. That season he tied a career high in goals and points and represented the Sharks in the 1993 NHL All-Star Game in Montreal after Pat Falloon went down with a season-ending shoulder injury. |
