Does anybody know a cheerleading workout plan to get me flexible?

Im 15 and i really what to do varsity cheerleading. I play soccer so im not that out of shape but what i really need is to become flexible and need a diet plan, i also wanna know how i can get my jumps higher thaank u i would realli appreciate the help!!!!!

Well you said you’re not that out of shape so why need a diet plan?… To get flexible you need to stretch.. If you’re really dedicated than stretch everyday for like 30minutes to an hour? Warm up first run for like a couple of minutes. I’m pretty sure you stretch for soccer it’s those basic stretches that help improve your flexibility. To get your jumps higher you need to stretch. Get your splits. Do those sitting stretches. Sit in a straddle go forward and to your sides if that makes sense lol. Look up some stretches google it. Lol idk
