whats the best way for a 14 year old kid playing soccer to get good at the whole game?

umm i know this question is in much detail but i think i am practising too simple drills. i need individual training techniques or advice or people that can help me im prove my fitness,strength,speed,control,1v1,shooting,dribbling and so on thankyou

If you have a state team that you could try out for you should do as they will point out your strengths and weaknesses, and if you dont make it that year go back the next and prove them wrong. If you dont have access to a team like that keep practicing and then when you think your good enough go to a scouting report. Also play in your local team to get your skills up.
