How do i get fit for soccer?

Well I am 15 years old, im 5’6 and i weigh about 170 lbs. I currently play for a club soccer team and would like to use my activity in the team, regular exercise and a good diet in order to get to a competitive shaper for varsity soccer season come august. Does anyone have any good tips on how to get in shape and improve speed, agility, endurance and foot quickness? any help would be greatly appreciated

What happens here, is sometime ago, some coaches came together and made a bootcamp for people like you and me, non-proffesional players who want to train like pros. I’ve done this program.

Basically, you sign up, and it measures your fitness through a thing called SPARQ, its a big thing in the US, all sports team use it to measure fitness. Then you do about 2 months of training, 3 times a week, and you measure it again. There is weight and endurance training, as well as touch and soccer skill training, but all work on your fitness. And to make sure you keep doing this, you have to track everything on the website, and record your results, and you’ll get emails with your weekly plans. Trust me, i’ve done it and it helps.
