Surprisingly enough the college goals are smaller than the ones in high school. They measure 7 ft x 21 ft. Most agree the reasoning behind this is to up the skill of the college players so they will be prepared for professional play. The idea is that if they can score on a 7×21 goal they can score on an 8×24 ft goal.
Professional Goals
Professional soccer goals will jump back up to 8×24 dimensions. They will weigh over 200-250 lbs and are stationed into the ground. A high quality one will range in cost but, most are over $2000.
