Soccer Fitness Plan

Soccer Work Out/Fitness Training?
Im 13,5’4″, and about 125 pounds.
I used to play soccer but quit. I plan on starting again in my local league during the spring season. But I need a work out/training/nutritionie thing to do from now(beginning of 8th grade) till the tryouts at the beggining of 9th grade.
I need something that includes everything. Warm-up and all. you can provide links if you would like.
get to the local gym and ask the instructor to help you out. he/she should provide you with a routine and help you with nutrition. however unless you are gonna try make it big, nutrition doesn’t matter too much as long as you eat healthily anyway.
also at 13 yrs old i’d say the best way to get back in shape is to just get playing again. you might start on the bench but your fitness will come with match practice and going to training. because your body will have just started developing properly i wouldn’t recommend pushing yourself too hard with weight training or anything like that
