Soccer Injuries Hip

Varsity Soccer Tryouts-but I have a groin strain?
Ok, so here’s the deal. I had soccer tryouts last night after school. But during school around lunch I discovered I had major pain within my groin. I thought my hip had popped out of place or something and it would eventually pop back into place; however, it did not, and I had soccer tryouts that day. So, there I am, running, shooting, passing with a strained groin. After tryouts were over, I could barely climb stairs. So, I went to the chiropractor; she said I had a 1st degree strain. I had tryouts today, which I didn’t go to because of pain and now I have tryouts tomorrow.
So, what should I say to my coaches and do you think it will feel any better tomorrow? Thanks!!!
Soccer is my passion and I would hate to not be on the team because of an injury that made my performance bad.
That happened to me..there really isn’t a lot to do about it..the best thing to do is keep it stretched, you don’t want it getting tight. Only time will heal it..wish you best of luck:/
