Can I get into Cornell University?

Okay so I live in India and I am in 10th grade, earlier my GPA would have been around 2.8 or 3.0,but now I have improved it to 3.4 or 3.5.
I am in the school football(soccer) team, the lifestyle club, astronomy club, and the magazine editing club.
I am also in the school band, the western music choir and the Indian music group as well.
I play the guitar and I am grade 4 and I also sing and will give the exams next year.
Outside school I have played three seasons of Delhi International Football League and was the captain and the top scorer of my team in season 3 and almost single handedly got us 5th place(out of 14)
I will also be doing charity work and will start guitar and english lessons for the poor kids next month.
What are my chances of getting into my dream college Cornell?

The reality is that, while this sort of question gets asked 40 or 50 times a day (at least), any inquires relative to getting accepted into ANY institute of higher learning can be answered by referring to any college’s/university’s website and referencing their minimum admission requirements.
