Keep in kind that they are children and will take time to master the skills. You can make it interesting by calling out the name of the body part that you would like the player to use in tackling the ball. Then the player uses only that body part. This helps them pay attention to it.
Another part of exciting drills is circuit training. It is most functional where the number of players is more. Split the players in to smaller groups and assign them a number of tasks. They should do these continuously with small breaks in-between.
