Soccer Nets For Kids
Did I score a goal in my game yesterday or was it an OG ?
So I played a soccer game yesterday. I took a corner and put it into yw box. A kid on the other team attempted to clear the ball but it deflected of his shoe, bouncing into the back of the net. Should I be credited with a goal or an assist or nothing? Was it just an own goal? Thanks for your responses!
The rules of soccer say it was an own goal, but the ref cant write OWN GOAL on his card. So they credit the goal to the player on the other team who last touched it. in this case, it was you. nice goal! it sounded real nice how u described it.
