I joined my collage soccer practice session 2 months ago.
i am going regular to practice but when there is a game time, i start felling nervous.
becoz of this my coach donot show any type of interest in me…
i practice a lot in my home and village ground.
what can i do to improve my game and impress my coach.
I used to get nervous before matches too and one of the best things for me was visualization. Take as much of your free time before your game and visualize what you would do if a certain situation arises. This trains your body to respond in the same manner as you thought and you mentally are ready. As always experience will make the nerves go away because you will know how to respond when the time comes as you will have been in a similar situation before so keep playing as much as you can!
