Soccer Warm Up Routines

will this routine work to lose weight or tone my body?
Ok so im 14 and i am overweight, however, a lot of my weight is muscle cuz i play soccer, cross country, basketball, volleyball, and softball..ok so in the summer i am doing a triatholon with my dad. So he and i are going to start training when i get better(i have the flu)…this weekend we are going to get a bike for me cuz i need one and this was his plan. So we would be running in the morning..probably 2 times a week..we would bike in the afternoon(at least once a week 2 if possible) and swim at night 2 times a week at the YMCA and when it gets warmer, we would go to our friends lake house and swim across the lake.. I was wondering what this would do to my body, like will i get toned? lose weight? my dad will be there to push me so i wont quit…also i have been eating healthier cuz i gave up junk food for lent..and when thats over, i will still eat healthy. so what do you think? please help!
