Soccer Warm Ups Nike

Knee pain while running …?
Good day … Anyway, I've been running some time now and their are times when I reach a certain duration there is this pain (probably sensation) on my left knee. The sensation that it give up. I have my lead warm-ups and stretches. The strange thing is that I do not know if I was a football player (soccer for you Americans) during the primary school til 'my college days. And during this time to Fortunately I had found no serious injuries. Is it because I'm running on asphalt? Or my form needs to be adjusted? May it be the wrong kind of shoes (I'm using a pair of Nike Free)? Thanks for answering …
It could be that in touch with asphalt. Patch is a less forgiving surface and causes more impact on your joints. I doubt that to make it a problem with you because you are not experienced this before, and there is a fair amount of running in football (soccer Europeans for you: P). If your form has been mixed up, would you have felt it. maybe it's just an overuse injury. during an ongoing therapy, you should rest 1-2 days a week. no matter what it is, I would suggest to rest for a while. Ice where it hurts knee for 20 minutes 2-3 times per Day (this reduces the inflammation causing the pain). if not go away and it gets worse, etc. .. I would consult a doctor. hope this helps
